Our charming guest suite is nestled in a tranquil Houston neighborhood. Just minutes from GRAND PARKWAY, Houston Premium Outlets & North Cypress Medical Center w/easy access to Hwy 290.

This recently renovated guest suite is an ideal choice for long-term renters seeking a comfortable place to stay.


The space
You’ll be staying in the front section of our home—a cozy, fully private 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom space. The house was originally a 4-bedroom, but we’ve divided it into two separate suites. Each side is secured with a wall and a locked door in between.

Just a heads-up: The home has a shared front entrance and hallway, and we may occasionally pass through to access the back unit. Your bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette are all completely private and just for you.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy complimentary wireless internet access and the convenience of a combined living room and kitchenette area. The space features a breakfast table, a fully equipped kitchenette including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine. A bathroom with a bathtub is also available for your comfort.

Additionally, upon request, guests can access an oven for all their baking needs.

This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking in the property.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these type of gatherings.

An exterior security camera is positioned at the front corner of the property, monitoring only the street, entryway and driveway to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

No interior areas or private outdoor spaces are monitored, maintaining full privacy in compliance with Airbnb’s policies.
