The shared outdoor pool is available for guest enjoyment throughout your stay.

- The pool filtration system runs daily to keep the water circulating.
- The water is professionally maintained on a regular service schedule.
- Because this is an outdoor pool, you may occasionally notice leaves, pollen, insects, or other natural debris between maintenance visits, especially after windy or rainy weather.
- A skimmer net is provided for quick touch-ups before swimming.
- If you notice anything beyond normal outdoor conditions, such as cloudy water or equipment not operating properly, please let us know right away.

- One designated parking space in the driveway
- Please park only in the designated area to ensure access for both residences

Please note: Parking for the front residence is located separately in front of the home.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the main living areas of the guesthouse during their stay, including one bedroom, two bathrooms, a comfortable living area, dining space, full kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

Outdoor access includes the shared courtyard, pool, fire pit, and seating areas. These spaces are shared with guests staying in the separate front home.

This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking inside the property.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these types of gatherings.

Maximum occupancy is 2 registered guests. No additional visitors or unregistered guests are permitted without prior approval.

NOTE: Photo ID required pre check-in.

Required Before Check-In

All guests must complete the Happy Guest pre-registration prior to receiving check-in instructions. This includes ID verification, acceptance of the house rules, and a fully refundable $75 security deposit authorization hold.

Shared Outdoor Space

The courtyard, pool, fire pit, and outdoor seating areas are shared with guests staying in the separate front home. Please be respectful of other guests and observe quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM.

Owner-Only Areas

This is a part-time residence. The second bedroom, primary closet, and garage are private owner spaces and will remain locked during your stay. These areas are not included with the reservation.

Parking

One designated driveway parking space is provided for this listing. Please park only in the designated area and avoid blocking access to the property.

Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras are located on the property and monitor exterior areas, including the entry and driveway, for safety and security.

There are no interior cameras.
