Spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas designed for gathering Large windows that bring in abundant natural light and create an airy, indoor-outdoor feel Central air conditioning High-speed Wi-Fi Three Roku Smart TVs (guests may log into their own streaming services) --- 🍽️ Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking or casual entertaining: Quartz countertops and modern appliances Oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher Keurig coffee maker and cooking essentials Dining table perfect for shared meals or game nights --- 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements The home comfortably sleeps guests across three thoughtfully styled bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom Front Bedroom: Queen-size bed Third Bedroom: Full-size bed Each bedroom is designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, featuring quality bedding and a calming aesthetic. (Please note: there are no desks or dressers in the bedrooms.) --- 🚿 Bathrooms Two full bathrooms Walk-in shower and tub/shower combo Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and body wash Clean, modern finishes throughout --- 🌿 Backyard & Outdoor Space (Coming Soon) The home’s large picture windows create a strong connection between the indoor living areas and the backyard, filling the space with natural light. We are currently enhancing and designing the backyard, with plans to create a comfortable, low-key outdoor retreat that complements the home’s modern style. Once complete, the space will be ideal for: Relaxed lounging and conversation Morning coffee or evening wind-downs Enjoying Houston’s outdoor weather in a calm, residential setting While this final phase is underway, guests may notice work in progress. The home includes a bright, open living area designed for relaxing or gathering, a dining table suitable for shared meals or game nights, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Guests will also enjoy: High-speed wireless internet throughout the home Three Roku Smart TVs (guests may log into their own streaming services) In-unit washer and dryer located in the laundry closet Two full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combo Outdoor access includes the front porch and surrounding exterior areas. The backyard is currently being enhanced, and while work may be in progress, the home’s large windows provide a bright indoor-outdoor feel. Other things to note FEES: Express check-in fee: $75 Late check in & out: $100 Mid Stay cleaning: $150 This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking in the property. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these type of gatherings. - NOTE: Photo ID required pre check-in An exterior security camera is positioned at the front corner of the property, monitoring only the street, entryway and driveway to ensure a safe environment for all guests. No interior areas or private outdoor spaces are monitored, maintaining full privacy in compliance with Airbnb’s policies.
